How are we different?

1. RESET is the first step where we reduce or eliminate your pain to get you out of that pain cycle and on your way back to enjoying your life.

2. Then we RESTORE your tissues through improved ROM, joint mechanics, strength, coordination, and mobility. This improves the overall tissue health and reduces the likelihood of the pain returning.

3. Phase 3 in our process is to RELOAD your tissues. This is where it gets really fun and we can focus on improving your performance and get you to a better place than you were prior to the injury.

Most insurance plans only cover visits to get through step 1 and most PT practices follow suite. We have organized our practice to provide what you need REGARDLESS of what some insurance algorithm says. We don't just take you through step 1. Improving performance and getting you back to full activity and hitting PRs isn't just our goal, it's in our name!

I have been doing physical therapy with Matt for 4 weeks now and I feel amazing. I ruptured my Achilles back in 2022 and have had a lot of scar tissue build up over the years. He has been working with me every week to help eliminate my pain.
